Taking the course in Manitoba

Manitoba's CFSC and CRFSC courses must be delivered by an instructor with a current designation from the provincial Chief Firearms Officer. Verify this directly before booking.

Manitoba's hunter education certification is a separate provincial program from the CFSC/CRFSC. Some instructors offer both, but the two are administered independently.

Testing follows the same national written and practical format used in every province. Outside Winnipeg, scheduled course dates can be less frequent, so smaller communities may need extra lead time.
